About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy for a large, fast-paced technology company. In this role, you will develop data-driven campaigns, optimize digital channels, and drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives and oversee a high-performing team of digital marketers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Digital Strategy: Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, and social media to drive measurable business growth.
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation: Oversee paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic) and optimize conversion funnels for lead generation and customer acquisition.
SEO & Content Marketing: Implement SEO best practices, manage content strategy, and enhance organic search rankings.
Social Media & Brand Engagement: Drive engagement across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and other relevant channels to enhance brand positioning.
Marketing Automation & CRM: Utilize tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to execute campaigns, analyze customer journeys, and optimize lead nurturing.
Analytics & Reporting: Leverage Google Analytics, BI tools, and A/B testing to measure KPIs, report on performance, and refine strategies based on data insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, sales, design, and engineering teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management: Lead a team of digital marketers and collaborate with agencies and external partners to maximize impact.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a technology company.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, content strategy, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics tools.
Data-Driven Mindset: Proven track record in driving ROI-focused digital campaigns and optimizing marketing performance.
Leadership & Strategy: Experience managing digital marketing teams and working cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams.
Industry Knowledge: Background in B2B or SaaS marketing is highly preferred.
