Role Overview

The Project Manager will play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams to execute high-impact projects across product development, operations, and client-facing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, and customer success.
• Define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive briefings.
• Implement and refine project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, identifying efficiencies and process enhancements.
• Ensure project documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible for team members.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, or related industries.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
• Experience working with technical teams, including developers, designers, and product managers.
• Bachelors degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• PMP, CSM, or other project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise-level projects with Fortune 500 clients.
• Background in software development or engineering.
• Strong financial and budgeting skills for project cost management.
• Familiarity with AI, ML, or data-driven decision-making.
