About the job Marketing Manager, US SMB Marketing, Amazon Ads
As part of our growing US SMB Marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who is passionate about helping small businesses succeed on Amazon. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives in the US, focusing on creating new marketing journeys for strategic programs and audience segments. You will be responsible for developing new content, integrating it within marketing automation journeys, measuring the impact of your initiatives, and finding opportunities for optimization. To be successful youll need to be a strong collaborator who can earn trust and drive alignment with stakeholders across multiple teams. You are results-oriented and have a relentless focus on using customer data and insights to deliver bar-raising experiences.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using email platforms and editing HTML
- Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using Excel or Tableau to extract data and insights to drive campaign optimizations (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Demonstrated capacity to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities of a rapidly evolving business
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to drive marketing strategy and feedback loops for stakeholders
- Strong drive for results with the ability to manage independently
- Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign management from ideation to execution and measurement
- Strategy development: formulate marketing strategies aligned with business opportunities; align your vision with leaders and partners
- Marketing execution: Develop on-brand, best-in-class marketing content and targeting, partner with relevant teams to deploy through scaled channels (email, portals, website), audit and optimize existing content and targeting
- Reporting: analyze the impact of your initiatives against key performance metrics, gather feedback, and leverage insights to improve go-forward messaging and communications
