Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with advertisers, internal sales, and service teams through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and video conferencing.

  • Successfully implement and verify the integration of web-based products with our clients.

  • Provide exceptional guidance, support, and training to clients on utilizing these products effectively.

  • Build strong and transparent relationships with both customers and colleagues, demonstrating enthusiasm and a commitment to success.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service that consistently exceeds client expectations and surpasses all quality benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills (minimum B2 level).

  • Technical Expertise:

  • JavaScript Proficiency: Solid understanding of JavaScript, including its nuances and workarounds.

  • Web Development Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS/CSS3.

  • Debugging Skills: Experience with debugging tools (e.g., web browser consoles) is a significant advantage.

  • CMS Platforms: Familiarity with CMS platforms at the user interface level (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Joomla).

  • Web Product Implementation: Moderate experience in website maintenance, including practical knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.

  • Technical Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new customer service software applications and implement client solutions that may not always follow standardized processes.

  • Industry Experience: Experience working in a B2B environment, online advertising, or with ad products is preferred.
