Salary Range: Contingent on experience

Hours: 7am-3:30pm OR 8am-4:30pm

Monday-Friday

Essential Job Functions:

  • Keep all production machines running.
  • Perform repairs on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical components.
  • Hydraulics and PLC (programmable logic control) experience/troubleshooting.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery.
  • Changing of coolant & oil.

Hydraulic Repair: 35%

Mechanical Repair: 35%

Electrical Repair: 15%

PLC Repair: 15%

Required Skills:

  • Preferred associates degree or related technical school certificate.
  • 4-5 years of related experience.
  • Experience working with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) a plus
  • Electrical and hydraulic blueprint literacy
  • Must have a mechanical understanding of pumps, valves, cylinders, and power transmission.
  • Ability to identify when outside resources are required and when to seek help from the maintenance manager.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize based on production needs and plant activities
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be reliable
  • Good quality of work and safety awareness

Required materials:

  • Must supply your own tools (basic).
  • Steel toe safety shoes are required.
  • Safety glasses with side shields - supplied by us
  • Hearing protection - supplied by us

*Safety glasses provided unless employee wears prescription.

*Prescription safety glasses must be OSHA-approved and have side shields

Vending machines are available for snacks and drinks.

Microwaves and a refrigerator are available for use
