Position: CNC Milling Machinist

Monarch Technical Search is seeking a highly skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts. You will work with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics, and use your expertise to ensure that all parts meet the required specifications and tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications

- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition

- Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished parts and make any necessary adjustments

- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot any issues and suggest improvements for processes

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC milling machines

- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

- Strong knowledge of G-code programming and machine controls

- Experience with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics

- Ability to use precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
