We are a leader in the design and production of high-shear mixers, media milling, and processing equipment, is looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Job Description

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our equipment at customer sites across the country. This role requires a high degree of mechanical technical skill, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong focus on customer service to ensure that all work is performed to our standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair Manufacturing equipment at client locations.

• Conduct on-site diagnostics to detect mechanical issues with equipment.

• Provide training and support to clients on the proper operation of equipment.

• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain records of all maintenance and repair work.

• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed during site visits.

• Communicate effectively with customers, updating them on repair statuses, schedules, and technical solutions.

Travel Requirements

• Local travel to client sites 50% of the time.

• Overnight travel within the United States 20% of the time.

• The remaining 30% will be spent in our shop, collaborating with the mechanical assembly, welding, or machining departments.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
