San Jose, California, U.S. | Onsite / Hybrid Full-Time | Relocation Available

A global technology innovator in the advanced electronics and semiconductor space is seeking a senior-level quality leader to oversee customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and product reliability performance at scale. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and deep technical knowledge in customer-facing quality functions.

This position plays a critical leadership role, serving as a direct liaison between technical teams and global clients, and requires extensive experience with complex manufacturing and high-reliability environments.

What You'll Do:

Be the face of quality for our customers lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing quality engineering team.

Serve as the go-to expert on all quality matters, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal standards.

Drive problem resolution with 8D methodology, ensuring timely, effective, and data-driven responses to customer concerns.

Collaborate across engineering, test, product, and field sales teams to elevate customer satisfaction.

Read customer audits, change notifications, and support approval processes for products.

Travel worldwide as needed to visit customer sites and strengthen relationships. What We're

Looking For

A B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field 10+ years in customer quality engineering in the semiconductor industr.

Expert in 8D problem-solving and quality systems.

Experience communicating directly with customers in a Quality Manager capacity.

Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and product lifecycle.

Exceptional technical writing skills with an ability to turn data into clear, actionable reports.

Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin for written and verbal communication is a plus
