Job Description:

Were looking for a sharp, driven, and resourceful Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. Youll work directly with the company founders across a range of marketing functions on both an existing brand and a newly launching brand from campaign execution, to influencer outreach, to AI-powered content creation helping us scale smarter and faster.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves testing new tools, and is excited to grow within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital & Social Execution

  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns (especially on Meta/Facebook).
  • Manage day-to-day social media scheduling and community engagement across key platforms.
  • Oversee influencer outreach and content generation program.
  • Monitor campaign performance and help with reporting and basic analysis.

Shopify & Website Support

  • Support content updates, product uploads, and merchandising on Shopify.
  • Coordinate with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency across web assets.

AI-Powered Marketing & Tools

  • Leverage emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) to support content creation, campaign testing, and ideation.
  • Help test and implement new marketing tech/tools to increase efficiency or reach.

Creative Support

  • Assist in copywriting for ads, emails, product pages, and social content.
  • Work closely with design, content, and product teams to help bring campaigns to life.

Project & Process Support

  • Keep marketing calendars up to date and help keep projects on track.
  • Jump in wherever needed this is a generalist support role, and no two days will be exactly the same.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Bachelors degree from a strong academic program.
  • Baseline experience with at least one of the following:
  • Paid social (Meta/Facebook Ads)
  • Shopify platform
  • Social media management
  • Active interest in and use of AI tools for marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, image generation, automation tools).
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Curious, proactive, and excited to grow in a cross-functional marketing role.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or other marketing platforms.
  • Creative eye for design or experience working with creative teams.
  • Experience with or able to quickly learn how to use Figma.
  • Prior experience working in ecommerce or consumer brands.
