Job Description:

We are looking for an Amazon Account Management Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts for a growing Amazon-focused agency.

This is a hands-on, generalist Amazon role designed to support ongoing account management tasks outside of paid advertising. You will work closely with the agency owner and follow documented processes, guides, and Loom training videos, while also using your judgment and problem-solving skills to handle the many moving parts of Amazon operations.

This is not an advertising role. The focus is on Seller Central account management, listing operations, and ongoing account health support.

The ideal candidate has prior experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and is comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where tasks vary day to day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day management of Amazon Seller Central accounts across multiple client brands

  • Execute listing-related tasks, including:
    • Listing creation and updates

    • Bulk uploads using flat files

    • Keyword research and listing optimization support

    • Competitor listing analysis

  • Manage and update product content, including coordinating with designers for images and A+ content briefs

  • Monitor account health and identify issues such as listing suppressions, policy flags, or performance alerts

  • Troubleshoot common Seller Central issues and take initial steps to resolve them before escalating

  • Support logistics coordination, including FBA shipment planning and inventory-related tasks

  • Follow documented SOPs and training materials while adapting when situations require independent thinking

  • Assist with ongoing account checks to ensure listings, content, and backend settings remain accurate

  • Work alongside an internal team member who focuses on Amazon advertising, ensuring smooth coordination between account management and ads

Qualifications:

  • Prior hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts

  • Strong understanding of Amazon account management (non-advertising side)

  • Experience with tasks such as listing updates, flat files, keyword research, and account troubleshooting

  • Comfortable navigating Amazons backend and resolving common account or listing issues

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think independently when processes dont go as planned

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized

  • Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a custom agency workflow

  • Strong written English communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in an Amazon agency environment

  • Familiarity with FBA logistics and shipment creation

  • Experience briefing creatives for Amazon listing images or A+ content

  • General interest in e-commerce and marketplace operations
