We work with US SMB and mid-market clients hiring offshore — primarily Philippines-based — recruiters, marketers, sales, and operators. We're founder-led, fast-moving, and built around senior operators who don't need a 50-page brief to ship.
About the Role
We're hiring our first Marketing Lead to give the marketing function senior strategic ownership. Today, marketing is run by two team members (Angela and Ken) operating under our founder JC's direction. We're bringing on a Marketing Lead to set strategy, level up the team, and roll up their sleeves on demand-gen campaigns, content, and partnership marketing.
This is a senior, player-coach role reporting directly to JC. You'll own a measurable contribution to pipeline from day one, with full ownership of the function as we grow.
What You'll Do (First 6 Months)
Own a measurable B2B pipeline contribution to sales — MQLs and SQLs feeding the team, with clear attribution.
Sharpen our ICP and messaging for US SMB and mid-market clients hiring offshore talent.
Build a repeatable lead-to-client conversion engine: nurture sequences, content, case studies, retargeting, and sales enablement.
Level up Angela and Ken — mentor them, codify process, and set the bar on quality and speed.
Establish a reporting cadence the founder can read in five minutes (CAC, lead source, conversion by stage, payback).
What You'll Bring
5–8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or lead capacity.
Direct experience marketing for staffing, recruiting, BPO, offshoring, or remote-talent businesses.
Proven full-funnel B2B demand-gen ownership across paid (LinkedIn, Google), SEO, content, email, and lifecycle.
Clear track record of converting cold leads into closed clients with attribution — you can speak to CAC, payback, and pipeline numbers from past roles.
Operator mindset: comfortable shipping in a high-velocity, founder-led environment without a 50-page brief.
Strong written communication and English fluency.
Nice to Have
Marketing experience with US SMB or mid-market clients.
Recruitment marketing or employer branding background — we're a two-sided marketplace.
Familiarity with our stack: HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Webflow or WordPress, GA4, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ABM platforms, Notion.
Track record running partner co-marketing, podcasts, webinars, or virtual events.
Experience working directly with founders or CEOs.
