Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Podcast & YouTube Content Editor Expert to manage the end-to-end editing, optimization, and publishing of weekly podcast and YouTube episodes. This role is ideal for someone with strong audio and video editing skills, a solid understanding of YouTube SEO, and the ability to work asynchronously while delivering consistent, high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce weekly podcast episodes with professional audio and video quality

• Create engaging YouTube thumbnails aligned with brand guidelines

• Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags for YouTube and podcast platforms

• Publish finalized content to YouTube and audio platforms

• Ensure timely and consistent weekly episode releases

• Provide ongoing async support for revisions, updates, and uploads

• Follow and implement feedback shared via Loom videos

• Prepare and deliver monthly analytics reports covering views, engagement, and growth

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in audio and video editing for podcasts and YouTube

• Familiarity with Riverside (podcast recording platform) and Captivate FM (podcast hosting platform) are a plus

• Proficiency with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Audition, or similar

• Experience creating YouTube thumbnails using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma

• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, and basic analytics)

• Familiarity with podcast hosting and publishing platforms

• Comfortable working asynchronously and managing tasks independently

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines
