Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Working Hours: 40 hours per week/Full-time

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, and solution-driven Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance via email, chat, phone, or social media. Your ability to solve problems, empathize with customers, and communicate clearly will be key to ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or social platforms in a timely and professional manner

• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions

• Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems

• Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Technical Support) to resolve complex issues

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate support

Qualifications:

• Proven customer support or client service experience (1+ years preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure

• Proficient with customer support tools and CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot)

• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with help desk software and support ticketing systems

• Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
