Job Title: HR & People Operation Support

Location:

Reports To: HR Lead/Manager

Work Shift: PHT
Talent Status: Part-time to Full-time

Rate: Php 30k/monthly (plus benefits)

Job Summary:

Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support to the HR & People Operations Lead, focusing on PH legal compliance, talent recruitment, and training coordination. This role helps ensure the smooth execution of HR processes and supports the companys growing PH operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal & Administrative Support

-Handle PH entity compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, DOLE, and other statutory requirements)
-Prepare and organize independent contractor agreements and other talent documentation

-Maintain HR records, databases, and files for active and inactive talents

-Coordinate with external vendors or consultants for statutory reporting and renewals

Recruitment & Onboarding

-Support end-to-end recruitment: job posting, initial screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
-Focus on direct sourcing of supply chain talents (sourcing, inventory, logistics, planners, etc.)

-Assist in onboarding and ensure smooth transition of new talents to their assigned clients or teams

Training & Development Support

-Coordinate logistics and materials for internal training sessions (e.g., Sourcing, Inventory, Logistics, and future programs)
-Track attendance, feedback, and progress of training participants

-Maintain the training calendar and assist in preparing evaluation reports

General HR & People Support

-Provide administrative assistance for HR and engagement activities

-Support payroll preparation and data validation as needed

Handle basic talent inquiries and coordinate with the HR & People Operations Lead for resolution

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or Administrative support role

  • Basic knowledge of PH labor laws and government compliance

  • Experience in talent recruitment, onboarding, or HR administration

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote setup

  • Bonus: Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or BPO environments
