This role ensures our digital products deliver world-class user experiences. The Website/UI/UX Designer transforms ideas into intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that engage users and drive business outcomes.


Outcomes to own:

First 90 days:

  • Gain fluency in existing products, design standards, and client expectations. Begin contributing to small design projects and collaborating with the team.


Six months:

  • Independently lead UI/UX design projects, implement feedback loops, and maintain design consistency across platforms.


Twelve months:

  • Drive design innovation, optimize user experiences, and elevate the overall quality and usability of digital products

What you will do:

  • Design responsive websites, landing pages, and web applications that are visually appealing and user-friendly.

  • Develop UI/UX solutions informed by research, analytics, and stakeholder input.

  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for consistency across digital products.

  • Conduct user testing and iterate on designs to enhance usability and engagement.

  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to projects.

Primary KPIs:

  • Quality and usability of designs

  • Timeliness of project delivery

  • Client or stakeholder satisfaction


Guardrails:

  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and design system

  • Maintain design consistency and accessibility standards

Must have experience:

  • Proven experience as a Website/UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and app projects

  • Expert in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator

  • Strong understanding of responsive design, user-centered principles, and accessibility standards

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work

Nice to have:

  • Experience designing for eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce)
  • Familiarity with motion design, interactive prototypes, or animation

  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SEO optimization

Tool Stack:

Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Google Workspace, Slack, Project Management Software

Working Model:

The team collaborates through a mix of synchronous and asynchronous communication. Core hours overlap with US time zones. Meetings, project updates, and design feedback are shared via Slack, Notion, and project management tools to maintain alignment and transparency.
