Job Description:

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who combines creative intuition with data-driven insight. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, video production, and performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and helping produce videos and campaigns that capture emotion, drive engagement, and strengthen brand impact across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative strategies and content ideas that align with PrayerSong’s mission and audience.

  • Plan, script, and oversee emotionally impactful video projectsfrom concept to delivery.

  • Collaborate with video editors, designers, and performance marketers to produce high-performing creative assets.

  • Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to inform creative direction and improve results.

  • Research trends in storytelling, visual culture, and digital engagement to inspire new approaches.

  • Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Video Producer, Creative Director, or Performance Creative.

  • Strong understanding of emotional storytelling, social media trends, and content strategy.

  • Experience with video editing or close collaboration with editors (knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut a plus).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Passion for creating meaningful, purpose-driven content.

  • A deep appreciation for beauty, emotion, and storytelling that connects spiritually and humanly.
