Job Description
Our client's Payments Risk team is looking to hire an exceptional teammate who will be responsible for risk monitoring, fraud investigation, and reviewing Hero processing activity. Self-sufficiency is key to success in this position on this expanding team. Any experience in fraud management, onboarding, chargeback responses, dispute resolution and card network compliance are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and investigate Heroes credit card processing activities using internal and external risk monitoring tools
  • Answer Heroes inquiries with regards to Risk Management & disputes via email & chat support
  • Ensure that a white glove customer experience is provided to our Heroes while still protecting Kajabis financial interests
  • Complete Hero Risk Assessments & Risk Reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with card brand rules as well as mitigate fraud & credit risk.
  • Review and understand documentation provided by Heroes
  • Perform other ad-hoc risk related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in the payments risk industry. Experience specific to financial services is a bonus
  • A self-starter who has a detective-ish streak and a hunger for answers
  • High attention to detail and an ability to multitask
  • Comfortable making decisions with large monetary implications in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player (we believe in we vs I)
  • A virtuous type: the words honesty, good deeds, kindness, and appreciation shouldn't be foreign to you
  • A risk-identifying problem solver: you believe that nothing cant be solved or improved
