Job Description:

We are seeking a Creative Strategist with strong direct response experience to lead ideation and briefing for paid social campaigns.

This role is focused on understanding what makes high-performing ads work, identifying winning formats and trends, and translating those insights into clear, actionable briefs for execution teams.

The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with Meta ad ecosystems, has strong exposure to high-volume advertisers, and can quickly identify effective creative patterns across industries.

This is not a production or editing role. It is a thinking role centered on performance, research, and creative direction.


Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Ideation

  • Identify winning ad concepts, hooks, and formats for paid social campaigns

  • Develop clear creative directions based on performance trends

  • Translate insights into actionable briefs for execution teams

Ad Research & Market Analysis

  • Continuously analyze Meta ad libraries, TikTok, and Instagram content

  • Identify high-performing brands, formats, and creative trends

  • Stay up to date with evolving direct response strategies

Creative Briefing & Direction

  • Create structured briefs for video editors and designers

  • Define messaging, hooks, angles, and creative structure

  • Ensure alignment between strategy and execution

Customer & Messaging Understanding

  • Develop a strong understanding of customer profiles and motivations

  • Align creative direction with audience psychology and buying behavior

  • Refine messaging based on performance feedback

Performance Feedback Loop

  • Review creative outputs and iterate based on results

  • Collaborate with media buying and execution teams

  • Continuously improve creative quality and effectiveness

Qualifications:

Required

  • Proven experience in creative strategy for paid social (Meta-focused)

  • Strong understanding of direct response advertising

  • Experience working with ecommerce brands and performance-driven campaigns

  • Deep familiarity with ad libraries, formats, and current trends

  • Ability to clearly explain why specific ads or creatives perform well

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking

Preferred

  • Experience working with high-volume advertisers

  • Exposure to Western brands and direct response markets

  • Experience collaborating with media buyers and creative teams

  • Ability to quickly identify and replicate winning formats
