Work Shift: Some US overlap preferred (maybe 2-3 hours) but doesn't need to be the entire day

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Video Editor who can execute high-performing paid social creatives across multiple client accounts. This role requires speed, creative judgment, and the ability to work independently while translating strategic briefs into compelling video assets.
The ideal candidate understands performance-driven creative and can handle concept execution, briefing of new concepts, help ideating on new concepts and iteration for paid media environments.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution
Edit short-form paid social ads for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
Execute from creative briefs with minimal supervision
Produce variations for testing and optimization
Come up with new concepts for paid social based on current raw content or making suggestions for future filming
Search of viral videos that can be used for client concepts
Performance Alignment
Incorporate direct response principles into edits
Adjust creatives based on performance feedback
Optimize hooks, pacing, and CTAs for conversion
Workflow & Delivery
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Maintain organized file structures and naming conventions
Qualifications
Required:
4+ years of video editing experience
Strong understanding of paid social ad creative
Proficiency in Premiere Pro or similar tools
Ability to work independently
Nice to Have:
Experience in agency environments
Motion graphics experience
Familiarity with performance metrics and ad testing
