Job Title: Business Development / Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote
Work Shift: PST
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time)
What Youll Do:

Conduct high-volume cold calls to Compliance Officers, General Counsel, Operations Managers, and Tax Professionals.

Deliver value-driven sales pitches, handle objections, and qualify leads for demo bookings.

Research and build your outbound pipeline using LinkedIn, RocketReach, and other prospecting tools.

Support calls with follow-up emails and multichannel outreach to maximize conversions.

Maintain accurate CRM records in Dynamics, track sales activity, and collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers.

Report on key metrics, including call volume, demo bookings, and conversion rates.
What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or sales development, preferably in SaaS, software, or B2B.

Confidence and resilience when handling objections.

Proficiency with Dynamics CRM (ClickDimensions a plus).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.

Familiarity with compliance, legal, tax, or operational functions is a plus.
