Job Description:


We are hiring a Senior Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid media across Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and support analytics and tracking through Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Shopify.

Your primary KPI will be profitability, measured through TACoS (marketplaces) and MER (overall blended efficiency). ROAS is secondary. Your job is to improve business performance. You will work directly with leadership and own the full performance marketing ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  • Handling campaign creation, audience targeting, keyword research, bid adjustments, negative keywords, and scaling strategies

  • Improving TACoS, ACoS, ROAS, CPA, and overall MER

  • Managing daily performance checks and making fast adjustments to minimize wasted spend

  • Optimizing product visibility and ad relevance by improving feed titles, product attributes, and listings

  • Monitoring tracking and analytics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform reporting tools

  • Troubleshooting tracking issues and ensuring accurate data flows into Shopify and analytics platforms

  • Creating weekly performance reports covering revenue, spend, TACoS, MER, ROAS, ACoS, and actionable insights

  • Identifying scaling opportunities and performance bottlenecks across all paid channels

  • Executing landing page and PDP improvements where needed

  • Conducting competitive research and keyword trend analysis

  • Ensuring all campaigns align with profitability targets and margin constraints


Note: This is a highly proactive, execution-heavy role where you will manage all performance channels holistically, not in isolation.


Qualifications:

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

  • 3+ years of multi-channel paid ads experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Operator mindset: focused on profit, not vanity metrics

  • Able to identify wasted spend quickly and make fast optimizations

  • Comfortable managing 100+ SKUs

  • Clear communicator with proactive reporting habits

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Amazon Ads

    • Google Ads

    • Meta Ads Manager

    • Deep understanding of TACoS, MER, ROAS, CPA, and blended profitability drivers

  • The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with both Amazon Ads and Google Ads, with a preference for Amazon expertise. Proficiency in either platform is required, but candidates with deep Amazon experience will have an advantage.
