Job Description:
The Copywriter will be responsible for developing high-performing creative copy for video content, social ads, and storytelling scripts. This person will play a key role in shaping the voice and engagement strategy of our contentwriting copy that not only captures attention but keeps viewers watching from start to finish.
You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and production teams to brainstorm, test, and refine ideas that maximize viewer retention and click-through rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write attention-grabbing hooks, titles, and video scripts for YouTube, social media, and ad campaigns.
- Develop high-performing YouTube titles that increase click-through rates and drive virality.
- Craft engaging narratives and scripts that guide viewers seamlessly from introduction to conclusion.
- Use performance data to test and optimize copy for better engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with editors, strategists, and producers to ensure all copy aligns with the brand voice and emotional tone.

Write sales copy, ad scripts, and social media posts when needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience writing for short-form video content, YouTube, or social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram ads preferred).
- Deep understanding of hooks, curiosity loops, and retention strategies in storytelling.
- Strong grasp of copywriting fundamentals (clarity, persuasion, emotion, and flow)
- Ability to analyze engagement metrics and refine copy based on performance insights.

- Bonus: Prior experience as a YouTube scriptwriter or in performance marketing.
