Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to produce engaging short-form video ads and motion assets for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of animated content optimized for performance marketingespecially for social media ads like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create eye-catching motion graphics and animated ads for social media platforms and paid campaigns.
  • Design and animate text overlays, transitions, GIFs, lower-thirds, logo animations, and visual effects.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling motion visuals that support brand storytelling, music, and faith-centered messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute concepts.
  • Optimize video outputs based on platform requirements and performance data (e.g., CTR, retention rate, view-through rate).
  • Edit video ads using existing footage, stock clips, or UGC content when needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual materialscolors, typography, pacing, and tone.
  • Stay updated on trends in motion design, short-form video ads, and social media aesthetics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in motion graphics design for ads or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools like CapCut/DaVinci if applicable).
  • Experience creating short-form ads for Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, YouTube, or other digital platforms.
  • Ability to create smooth animations, kinetic typography, transitions, and sound-synced motion assets.
  • Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
