Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist who is focused exclusively on Google Ads and Meta Ads execution. This role is ideal for a performance-driven operator who thrives in data, campaign optimization, and daily account managementwithout the creative strategy component.

You will be responsible for scaling campaigns efficiently across multiple brands, managing large budgets, and ensuring performance goals are consistently met. Experience handling $200k+ monthly spend is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads & Meta Ads Execution

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
  • Manage day-to-day bid strategies, budgets, pacing, and targeting adjustments.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience refinement, and performance segmentation.
  • Perform deep-dive optimization: ad set clean-up, pruning, scaling winners, and cutting inefficiencies.
  • Implement conversion tracking, pixel/UTM setup, and ensure accurate attribution.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Review daily performance metrics and make fast, data-driven decisions. 

    Prepare weekly performance reports with insights, trends, and actionable suggestions.
  • Track CAC, ROAS, MER, CVR, CPM, CPC, and other core KPIs.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work directly with internal stakeholders for campaign goals, timelines, and performance reviews.

  • Provide clear recommendations on budget allocation, scaling strategy, and optimization priorities.

  • Collaborate with creative teams only for asset requirements (no creative strategy needed).

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience executing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

  • Proven track record managing large monthly budgets ($100k$200k+, ideally more).

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and act quickly.

  • Proficiency in:

    • Meta Ads Manager

    • Google Ads

    • Google Analytics

    • Google Tag Manager

    • Looker Studio (optional but preferred)

  • Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands is a strong plus.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communicator who can simplify performance insights and recommendations.
