Job Description
We are hiring a Performance Marketer to drive paid acquisition strategy and execution for a data-driven analytics company serving DTC and eCommerce brands.
This role is responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong focus on performance, testing, and ROI. You will work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities, scale winning campaigns, and continuously improve cost efficiency and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Develop structured testing frameworks for creative, audiences, and messaging
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CAC, and LTV
Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks
Create performance reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad effectiveness
Manage budgets and forecast spend allocation
Identify scaling opportunities across channels
Stay updated on platform changes and best practices
Qualifications
3+ years experience in paid media management
Proven experience managing performance campaigns for DTC or SaaS brands
Strong understanding of attribution models and analytics
Comfortable working with data and performance dashboards
Experience running structured A/B testing
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Nice to Have
Experience working with analytics or SaaS companies
Familiarity with data visualization tools
Experience collaborating with creative teams
Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
