Job Description

We are hiring a Performance Marketer to drive paid acquisition strategy and execution for a data-driven analytics company serving DTC and eCommerce brands.

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong focus on performance, testing, and ROI. You will work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities, scale winning campaigns, and continuously improve cost efficiency and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Develop structured testing frameworks for creative, audiences, and messaging

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CAC, and LTV

  • Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks

  • Create performance reports with actionable insights

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad effectiveness

  • Manage budgets and forecast spend allocation

  • Identify scaling opportunities across channels

  • Stay updated on platform changes and best practices


Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in paid media management

  • Proven experience managing performance campaigns for DTC or SaaS brands

  • Strong understanding of attribution models and analytics

  • Comfortable working with data and performance dashboards

  • Experience running structured A/B testing

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication

  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
