Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paid Media & Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution and operational management of our marketing campaigns.
This role focuses primarily on the operational side of paid media, including uploading creatives, managing campaign structures, implementing optimisation updates, preparing performance reports, and maintaining organised ad accounts. The majority of paid media work will be within Meta Ads Manager, with some exposure to additional channels such as Google Ads.
Alongside paid media execution, this role will also support broader marketing operations across the team. This includes helping coordinate campaign launches, maintaining reporting processes, supporting marketing platforms and data workflows, and assisting with operational tasks that help the marketing team execute campaigns efficiently.
This position is designed to improve operational clarity, speed of execution, and campaign organisation across the marketing team.
This is not a strategy or media planning role. Instead, it is a hands-on execution and operations position focused on accurate implementation, organisation, and process support.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, process-driven, comfortable working across marketing platforms, and able to quickly learn new tools and workflows when required.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Execution
Upload and launch ad creatives across paid media platforms (primarily Meta Ads Manager)
Implement campaign adjustments including budget updates, audience changes, and creative swaps
Maintain clean campaign structures, naming conventions, and organised ad accounts
Assist with implementing A/B tests and creative rotations
Ensure tracking links, UTMs, and tagging are correctly applied
Reporting & Data Support
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Track key performance metrics and flag anomalies or performance changes
Compile campaign data for leadership review
Maintain organised reporting dashboards and internal reporting documents
Marketing Operations Support
Assist with campaign launches and marketing rollouts across platforms
Support the operational coordination of creative assets and campaign timelines
Help maintain organised marketing workflows and documentation
Assist with operational tasks across marketing platforms when required (email platform uploads, data organisation, or campaign setup)
Support the overall efficiency and structure of marketing operations
Qualifications
Required
2+ years experience working with paid media platforms (Meta Ads preferred)
Hands-on experience uploading and managing ad campaigns
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience preparing performance reports
Ability to follow structured optimisation instructions
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to learn new marketing tools and platforms quickly
Nice to Have
Experience supporting e-commerce or ticketed event campaigns
Familiarity with Google Ads
Experience using reporting dashboards (Looker Studio / Google Data Studio)
Basic understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
Experience working in creative-driven performance environments
