Job Description
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Business Development Representative to support inbound lead qualification and follow-up efforts.
This is a customer-facing sales role focused on engaging prospective buyers who have already expressed interest in our products and services. The primary responsibility is to qualify inbound leads, conduct structured follow-up calls, and ensure strong connection rates with decision-makers who reach out to purchase our offerings.
This position requires proven sales experience and exceptional verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate speaks clear, neutral English with little to no noticeable accent and is comfortable speaking directly with U.S.-based customers. This is not a back-office or administrative role; it is a frontline sales position.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Qualification
Contact inbound buyer leads via phone and email in a timely manner
Qualify prospects based on needs, buying intent, authority, and readiness
Confirm accurate contact details and next steps
Schedule meetings or transfer qualified prospects to Account Executives
Follow-Up & Lead Management
Conduct consistent follow-ups to ensure connection with all inbound inquiries
Re-engage warm leads who have not responded
Maintain a structured follow-up cadence until lead disposition
Customer-Facing Sales Communication
Communicate confidently and professionally with U.S.-based customers
Handle objections effectively and guide conversations toward conversion
Maintain a consultative and solution-oriented tone
CRM & Documentation
Log all calls, conversations, notes, and follow-ups in Dynamics CRM
Track lead status and ensure accurate pipeline documentation
Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM records to support reporting
Sales Collaboration
Work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives
Align on qualification criteria and messaging
Provide feedback on lead quality and buyer trends
Qualifications
Required:
Proven experience in BDR, SDR, inbound sales, or inside sales roles
Strong confidence handling phone conversations with U.S.-based customers
Clear, neutral English accent with excellent verbal communication skills
Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings
Proficiency with Dynamics CRM
Experience managing follow-ups and structured sales pipelines
Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
Preferred:
Experience in SaaS, compliance, legal, tax, or regulatory-related industries
Experience working PST hours
Experience in high-volume inbound qualification environments
