Operations & Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Remote

Work Shift: PST

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hrs per week)

Are you passionate about operations, supply chain, and eCommerce? Were looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to support product launches, logistics, fulfillment, and process optimization across our growing organization.

What Youll Do:

• Product Development & QA: Coordinate cross-functional planning, validate costs/specs, and onboard new products smoothly. Maintain SKU architecture and ensure compliance for regulated product attributes.
• Supply Chain & Inventory: Manage product library, vendor communication, POs, and inventory tracking. Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks while maintaining supplier KPIs.
• Logistics & Fulfillment: Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, 3PL coordination, and international shipping compliance. Resolve discrepancies and optimize order flow.
• Customer Experience (CX): Act as operational escalation point for fulfillment or inventory issues and collaborate to improve service levels.
• Operations & Process Improvement: Lead SOPs, cross-functional initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. Maintain accurate cost and margin data.
• IT & Platform Management: Manage Shopify operations, maintain integrated systems, ensure data accuracy, and track key metrics across platforms.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or related fields
• Strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze, track, and optimize processes
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to high-quality execution
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote, or dynamic team environments
• Motivated by contributing to mission-driven organizations focused on health and wellbeing
