Job Description:
We’re looking for a Creative Strategy & Production Specialist to lead the creation and execution of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. This role blends creative strategy with hands-on content production from crafting concepts to editing videos and designing visuals. You’ll collaborate with clients and the internal team to produce high-performing ad creatives that engage audiences and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative strategies that align with campaign goals and audience insights.
Produce ad assets — including videos, stills, and graphics — optimized for Meta platforms.
Collaborate with clients to understand their customers and craft messaging that resonates.
Analyze creative performance and use data to improve content and results.
Work closely with media buyers and creative teams to ensure visuals perform well across campaigns.
Stay updated on Meta trends and bring new, creative ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
Experience in creative strategy and content production for Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Skilled in video editing and graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Strong understanding of what drives engagement and conversions on social media.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Portfolio of past ad creatives or video work is highly preferred.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with media buying (Meta and Google).
Experience with tools like Canva or Figma.
Basic understanding of A/B testing and creative optimization.
Awareness of current social media trends and ad performance tactics.
