Work Shift: US business hours required
Working Hours: Full-time; 40 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Sales Representative to take full ownership of the sales process from initial engagement through closing. This role is responsible for running product demos, managing follow-ups, solving client-specific challenges, and converting opportunities into closed deals.

This is a high-responsibility role that requires strong communication, commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate complex sales conversations with decision-makers. The ideal candidate is confident leading discussions, identifying customer needs, and driving deals forward independently.

This is a performance-driven position with a commission-based structure, suited for a results-oriented sales professional who is comfortable being accountable for outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Sales Execution

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal close

  • Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements

  • Lead product demos and presentations confidently

  • Drive deals forward through structured follow-up and communication


Client Engagement & Problem Solving

  • Identify customer pain points and position solutions effectively

  • Handle objections and navigate complex sales conversations

  • Provide tailored recommendations based on client needs


Pipeline & Funnel Management

  • Manage and track your own sales pipeline

  • Prioritize high-value opportunities and maintain consistent follow-up

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and progress


Negotiation & Closing

  • Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Negotiate terms and move deals toward close

  • Take ownership of closing deals and achieving revenue targets


Performance & Accountability

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

  • Maintain consistent activity across outreach, demos, and follow-ups

  • Continuously improve sales approach based on results




Qualifications:

Required

  • Proven experience in full-cycle sales (demo to close)

  • Strong communication skills with minimal accent and high clarity

  • Ability to confidently lead product demos and presentations

  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills

  • Experience managing your own sales pipeline

  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven


Preferred

  • Experience in B2B sales or service-based businesses

  • Experience selling complex or consultative solutions

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

  • Experience working with US-based clients
