Job Title: Creative Traffic Coordinator

Location: Remote

Work Shift: PST

Working Hours: 40 hours per week/Full-time

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly organized Creative Traffic Coordinator to manage workflow across multiple accounts and ensure creative assets move seamlessly from concept to launch. This full-time remote role is perfect for someone who excels at project management and thrives in fast-paced agency environments.

You'll transform priorities into actionable tasks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure every asset meets specifications before launch. This position requires someone who can manage multiple accounts simultaneously, communicate clearly, and maintain attention to detail while moving at agency speed.

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Management

  • Create Notion tickets with owners, due dates, and accurate status tracking
  • Maintain project statuses from Briefed through Launch

  • Send quick approval requests via Slack with summaries and links

  • Post daily end-of-day status updates to stakeholders

Team Coordination

  • Assign work to editors, designers, and creators based on availability

  • Set due dates and chase updates to clear blockers

  • Track creator availability and manage per-account budget sheets

  • Coordinate handoffs between creative, compliance, and media teams

Quality Assurance

  • Verify assets meet specifications (aspect ratios, durations, captions, file naming)
  • Confirm compliance approval before launch

  • Prepare launch packets with files, copy, specifications, and notes

  • Update Creative Hub same-day with launch dates and links



Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project management experience in creative or agency environments
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and agency operations

  • Proficiency with Notion, Airtable, Figma, Google Suite, and Slack

  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to push projects forward independently


Ideal Candidate Has

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional creative teams

  • Familiarity with digital advertising specifications and formats

  • Understanding of compliance requirements in advertising

  • Track record of meeting weekly launch targets
