Introduction

We're seeking a passionate, strategic professional to complement our Growth team as an intern in our Madrid studio. You'll have the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with the leadership team to drive new business development, strengthen institutional relationships, and support marketing and event initiatives that inspire and motivate our team, our clients, and our clients' customers.

You will already have proven skills in business development, strategic thinking, or institutional relations. You'll already understand the power of building authentic relationships and identifying opportunities with purpose and vision.

In this role you will:

  • Drive new business opportunities: Work with the team to identify and qualify new client opportunities, prepare strategic presentations, and support commercial proposals that showcase Mormedi's capabilities across key sectors.
  • Strengthen institutional relationships: Support coordination with senior advisors, strategic partners, and institutional stakeholders, helping maintain relationship maps and tracking key interactions.
  • Prepare for high-stakes meetings: Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and decision-makers, creating strategic briefs that enable the team to show up informed and ready to add value.
  • Support marketing initiatives: Collaborate on content creation, corporate communications, social media, and campaigns that position Mormedi as a thought leader in innovation and design.
  • Enable events and strategic gatherings: Help organize and coordinate events, conferences, and institutional meetingsfrom logistics to follow-upensuring seamless execution and strong relationship building.
  • Manage tools and processes: Keep our CRM (Copper), Notion dashboards, and internal systems updated and optimized, improving workflows and documentation as we scale.
  • Develop your business acumen: Participate in Growth and Marketing team meetings, learning how strategic decisions are made in a global consultancy and understanding what drives client engagement.
  • Be an active contributor: Identify areas within Mormedi where you have a special interest or where your expertise can add value, taking initiative to propose improvements and new approaches.

Responsibilities

You will support and contribute to the Growth and New Business practice. You will work with the team to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive initiatives that fuel Mormedi's continued expansion and impact.

You will:

  • Research and analyze potential clients, sectors, and strategic partners
  • Support the creation of commercial proposals and presentations
  • Help manage and coordinate institutional relationships and senior advisor networks
  • Collaborate on marketing content, communications, and campaigns
  • Assist in the organization and execution of events and strategic gatherings
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems and internal documentation
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions

As a team player in project work, you will:

  • Start to understand client needs and to develop a global vision of the project priorities.
  • Observe and learn from senior members on how to navigate complex projects and transmit confidence to the client.
  • Train your ability to take on specific tasks and complete them autonomously.
  • Become familiar with the correct application of methodologies and finetune your skills regarding content quality.
  • Create exquisite deliverables and content, with on-time delivery according to the established project plan and in compliance with Mormedi quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members (Design and Digital) to ensure coherence regarding teamwork, approach, deliverables - as well as fostering an overall sense of Mormedi community.

Resources and support

You'll have access to a laptop, corporate email, collaborative digital tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Copper, Office), and constant support from the Growth team.

During your first days, we'll provide a thorough introduction to Mormediwho we are, what we do, how we work, our value proposition, key sectors, main clients, and projects. You'll spend time getting to know the team and understanding our internal culture, and we'll train you on the digital tools and processes we use daily for managing contacts, commercial proposals, communications, and strategic relationships.

Follow-up and development

We'll have daily check-ins with your internship supervisor to track progress, resolve questions, and adapt tasks to your interests and capabilities. You'll receive continuous feedback and a final evaluation focused on your professional development.
