Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality tissue blocks and slides (FFPE & cryo) using standard histology techniques, including fixation, embedding, sectioning, and staining.
  • Operate and validate Morphles proprietary devices (e.g., RoboTome, MorphoLens) for quality assurance and feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve sample preparation protocols and automation workflows.
  • Assist in real-world customer scenarios: troubleshooting sample-related issues, demo support, and training lab personnel on best practices.
  • Maintain lab equipment and documentation as per GLP and NABL/ISO standards.
  • Contribute to R&D validation studies and workflow optimization for digital pathology.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Histopathology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a histopathology lab.
  • Proficiency in tissue processing, microtomy, staining (H&E and special stains), and slide preparation.
  • Experience working with microtomes, slide scanners, or digital pathology tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with quality standards and documentation (NABL/ISO/GLP) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
