About the Role
We're looking for a Contract Project Manager to support a series of high-impact marketing and rebranding initiatives for our client. This role is essential in keeping internal teams and external agency partners aligned and on track, ensuring that all deliverables are executed on time, on budget, and in line with strategic goals.
You'll be responsible for driving day-to-day project coordination across multiple workstreams, including branding, content, creative, and vendor communications, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing marketing projects from kickoff to completion, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track all rebranding-related projects and ad hoc marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Use Asana as the primary project management tool (support for Wrike is a bonus).
- Organize and lead effective meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and adjust plans as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document best practices and lessons learned to support future project success.
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in marketing, creative, or brand environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and vendors.
- Experience using Asana, Monday.com, or similar PM tools (required); familiarity with Wrike is a plus.
