Job Purpose

To provide support in the daily supply chain activities such as purchasing, stock control, and delivery follow-up, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Main Duties

  • Prepare and process purchase orders.

  • Follow up with suppliers on deliveries.

  • Keep records of stock and update inventory systems.

  • Check invoices, delivery notes, and orders for accuracy.

  • Assist in preparing shipping and delivery documents.

  • File and update supply chain documents.

  • Work with other departments (finance, warehouse, etc.) to ensure goods and information flow correctly.

  • Report any issues or delays to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or admin work is an advantage.

  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

  • Good communication skills and team spirit.
