Responsible for leading a business unit specializing in water-related solutions, overseeing full operations and driving growth, profitability, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute business strategy aligned with group objectives
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Identify new markets, opportunities, and partnerships

Operations Management

  • Oversee sales, after-sales, maintenance, and project execution
  • Ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives

Commercial & Business Development

  • Develop pricing strategies and commercial policies
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients and suppliers
  • Strengthen market presence through business development and marketing initiatives

Financial Management

  • Monitor budgets, financial performance, and profitability
  • Ensure effective cost control and financial discipline

People Management

  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 60–100 employees
  • Develop talent and foster a high-performance culture
  • Ensure strong leadership and team engagement

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Engage with suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies
  • Represent the business unit in key external interactions

Executive leadership team, finance, HR, marketing, sales, operations, compliance, and support functions

Clients, suppliers, and relevant authorities (local and international)

Profile

  • Strong experience in general management, operations, or business leadership
  • Background in projects, engineering, or technical services preferred
  • Proven ability to drive growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation capabilities
