Were seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, implement, and manage cutting-edge Microsoft 365 solutions. This is a hands-on technical role where youll lead migrations, ensure security and compliance, and provide 3rd-line support. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-performing, secure, and scalable systems that empower users and enhance collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Develop tailored Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business goals and user needs.

  • Implementation & Integration: Deploy, configure, and integrate Microsoft 365 services across environments.

  • Administration: Manage users, licenses, permissions, and security settings across Microsoft 365 tenants.

  • Migration Projects: Lead seamless migrations from on-premises or alternative platforms to Microsoft 365.

  • Security & Compliance: Apply best practices in identity, access management, and regulatory compliance.

  • Collaboration Tools: Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.

  • Exchange Online: Manage mail flow, mailbox configurations, and spam filtering policies.

  • Support & Troubleshooting: Deliver expert 3rd-line support and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Monitoring & Optimization: Track system performance, identify improvements, and implement enhancements.

  • Backup & Recovery: Maintain robust data protection and business continuity strategies.

  • Documentation & Training: Produce clear technical documentation and end-user guides to drive adoption.

  • Patch Management: Ensure all systems remain secure and up to date.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Automate recurring administrative tasks and streamline workflows.

  • Stay informed of the latest Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and innovations.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, including Microsoft.

  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

  • Manage incident and service request tickets effectively from start to resolution.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments at an enterprise or mid-scale level.

  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD.

  • Understanding of PowerShell scripting for automation.

  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and identity management best practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
