Job Title: Accounts Officer

Location: Coromandel
Job Summary:
The Accounts Officer will support the finance team in daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payment processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial documents, including invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

Process payments and ensure timely bank deposits.

Conduct bank reconciliations and report any discrepancies.

Support monthly and annual financial closings.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00
