Job Summary:
The Accounts Officer will support the finance team in daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payment processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial documents, including invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

  • Process payments and ensure timely bank deposits.

  • Conduct bank reconciliations and report any discrepancies.

  • Support monthly and annual financial closings.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00
