Operations Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with licences, regulatory approvals, and proper operational setup of QSR outlets.
• Develop, implement, and enforce food safety standards, SOPs, and operational manuals.
• Monitor and drive sales performance across all channels to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff while fostering a strong customer-centric culture.
• Conduct weekly outlet visits, audits, QAA checks, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Oversee food cost control, inventory management, supply chain coordination, and stock audits.
• Manage workforce planning, staff productivity, scheduling, and overtime control.
• Maintain operational excellence, service quality, and consistent product standards across outlets.
• Ensure strong cash management, POS monitoring, financial discipline, and accurate reporting.
• Support business expansion, franchise development, marketing initiatives, and overall P&L performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the same field will be an advantage
• Valid driving license
