Job Profile

We are seeking a dynamic and technically competent Sales Engineer – Lifts & Escalators to drive the promotion and sale of our vertical transportation solutions. The role combines technical expertise, commercial acumen, and client relationship management to deliver value-driven solutions to customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities

  • Build relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline


Technical Sales

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

  • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents

  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals


Tendering & Negotiation

  • Manage enquiries from initial contact to contract award

  • Participate in technical and commercial negotiations

  • Achieve sales targets and margin objectives


Project Coordination

  • Ensure smooth handover to engineering and installation teams

  • Follow up on project progress and maintain client communication


Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports


Requirements

  • Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

  • 5–6 years of work experience; preference will be given to candidates possessing technical sales skills (lifts, escalators, or building services preferred)

  • Strong technical and commercial understanding

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation & drawings

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and target-driven
