About the job Corporate Sales & Account Executive
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a consultative mindset and experience managing corporate clients? We are looking for a Corporate Sales & Account Executive to manage end-to-end sales activities and build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Account Management

Handle incoming enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Advise corporate clients on product selection, customisation options, and delivery timelines.

Build, manage, and grow long-term corporate client relationships.
Sales & Business Development
-
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to confirmed orders.

Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.

Reactivate dormant customers and develop new corporate accounts.

Propose and implement initiatives to improve sales performance and conversion rates.
Quotations, CRM & Order Processing
-
Prepare and issue quotations using a structured pricing process.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Follow up on quotations to maximise conversion.

Ensure full payment is received before order processing.

Submit complete and accurate order details to Operations.
Requirements
Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Relevant experience in sales, corporate account management, or customer-facing roles.
Skills & Knowledge

Strong understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling.

Commercial awareness (pricing, margins, payment terms).

Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
