Sales representative (North region)

A renowned international luxury brand specializing in handcrafted jewelry, sculptures, and objets d'art inspired by nature, wildlife, and African heritage is seeking a polished and customer-focused sales representative to join its atelier in the North. This role suits someone who embodies elegance, professionalism, and genuine warmth and who delivers a high-end, personalized client experience to a discerning local and international clientele.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 09:00–17:30 | Saturday: 09:00–12:30 | Location: North of Mauritius

Driving Licence compulsory

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through warm welcome, refined storytelling, and personalised product presentation

Guide clients in selecting pieces, explaining product details, craftsmanship, and brand heritage

Manage sales administration, including invoicing, quotations, VAT refunds, special orders, and client follow-ups

Maintain impeccable boutique presentation in line with luxury brand standards

Support stock operations (reorders, stocktakes, price lists, packaging, gift-wrapping)

Coordinate customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Support boutique events and daily operational tasks
