Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for marketing and selling our range of animal feed products by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in agriculture, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers as assigned by management
- Ensure customer accounts are managed in line with established payment terms and company policies.
- Conduct regular field visits to farms and the agricultural community to provide technical advice and support on our product range.
- Assist the Sales Manager in formulating and executing strategies aimed at increasing the company's market share.

Actively participate in the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Follow up on customer orders and production schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with new potential customers.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback as required by management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor products and solutions to meet customer needs.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

BSc or Diploma in Agriculture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar sales or technical support role.

Proven experience in sales and marketing will be considered a strong advantage.

Holder of a valid manual driving license.
