About the job Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be mainly responsible to maintain an excellent line of communication with clients; to attend to client request promptly in promoting sales of Equipment and to report to the Sales & Business Development Coordinator for any loss or uprising competition within the companys brands and makes product range.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to be fully conversant and knowledgeable with companys product range and ensure that the appropriate tools are correctly used to finalize ongoing deals.  
  • Responsible to promote efficiently the brand awareness and recognition as well as improving company standard in adequation with clients.
  • Promotes and defends the full range of brands and conducts regular price survey to determine competitiveness.
  • Responsible to ensure that all customers requirements are met promptly as promised while maintaining company procedure prior confirming orders through official purchase orders duly signed by customers.
  • Submits technical recommendation to customers when needed.
  • Responsible to keep the companys vehicles clean and in good condition.
  • Responsible to monitor quotations submitted to clients while keeping a good line of communication and reporting loss of sales to the Sales & Business Development Coordinator.
  • Responsible to maintain a good line of communication with all clients and attend promptly to all clients price requests.
  • Responsible to maintain a secure work environment as per Labour Laws regulations and to instill customer care attitude

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies Required:

  • HSC
  • Certificate / Diploma in Sales or equivalent
  • 5 yearsexperience in a similar position and / or commercial environment 
  • Strong interpersonal relationship abilities along with good presentation and outstanding communication skills both in English and French
  • A distinctive Customer and Service orientation approach
  • Fluent in IT
  • Self driven and results oriented
