Location: Coromandel
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with corporate clients to manage service-related queries and support.
  • Log and track all customer complaints and service calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily task planning for technicians.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including reporting, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Follow up on job progress, quotations, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain internal documentation and client communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HSC or equivalent; administrative diploma preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Excel); experience with CRM is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or office coordination preferred.
