Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

  • Maintain strong knowledge of products to provide accurate recommendations and drive sales
  • Process transactions efficiently using POS systems

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking when necessary

  • Ensure product displays are well-organized and visually appealing

  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the store

Sales Experience Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and close sales effectively.
Customer Relationship Management Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • School Certificate (SC) or equivalent

Experience:

  • At least 2 - 5 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in the hardware or industrial sector.

Technical Skills:

  • Comfortable with IT tools and POS systems.
