Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
  • Sales Process Handle the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quoting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Product Knowledge Maintain a strong understanding of product features, benefits, and applications to advise customers effectively.
  • Customer Support Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Reporting Maintain accurate daily records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly sales targets (approx. MUR 1,500,000).
  • Collaboration Work closely with the logistics and admin team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Market Feedback Report on customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Professional Conduct Uphold honesty, integrity, and a customer-first approach in all interaction

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education:

Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or related field.

  • Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in the hardware or industrial sector.

License & Certification:

  • Valid driving license.
  • Valid certificate of character (clean background check).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with sales tracking systems and CRMs.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and sales reporting.
