Sales Representative

Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their team! If you are passionate about delivering excellent service and enjoy working in a fast-paced showroom environment, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival and identify their needs or purpose of visit.
• Demonstrate excellent listening skills, responsiveness, and proactivity to ensure top-quality customer service.
• Guide or accompany customers to desired areas in the showroom or provide clear directions.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide accurate, relevant information on features and benefits.

• Process customer payments efficiently (cash or internet banking).

• Verify products before delivery to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the showroom in collaboration with custodial staff.

• Liaise with the Showroom Manager to report training or operational needs.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure complete satisfaction.

• Answer incoming calls and provide assistance as required.

• Support visual merchandising and showroom display arrangements.

• Check and respond to emails promptly throughout the day.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishments.

• Perform administrative tasks, such as updating stock lists.

• Ensure the store is always neat, tidy, and welcoming.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Qualification: SC holder 

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position.

• Driving Licence: Mandatory. Owning a car will be an advantage.

• Languages: Fluent in both English and French 

• Location Advantage: Candidates living in the North or within 45 minutes from Pamplemousses are preferred.

Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday-Shift-based:

• 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
• 12:00 PM 8:00 PM
