Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management Track stock levels, update inventory records, and conduct regular stock checks.
- Receiving & Inspection Accept incoming goods, inspect for damages, and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Order Preparation Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Stock Replenishment Monitor stock usage and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Warehouse Organization Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of products for easy access.
- Delivery Coordination Plan and schedule deliveries while maintaining the company's delivery vehicle.
- Record-Keeping Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse transactions and stock movements.
- Customer Communication Inform clients about delivery schedules and order status.
- Store & Warehouse Maintenance Keep the store, warehouse, and yard clean, organised, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Reporting & Compliance Document and report any missing, damaged, or defective stock.

- Basic IT Skills Proficiency in inventory software, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Problem-Solving Quickly address inventory discrepancies, damaged stock, and delivery issues.
- Physical Stamina Capability to lift, move, and organise goods in the warehouse.
- Driving Skills Valid driving license for managing deliveries when required.
- Teamwork & Reliability Work collaboratively with logistics teams and maintain a dependable work ethic.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent. A diploma or certification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse/storekeeping role.
- License & Certification:
- Valid driving license (for delivery coordination).
- Valid certificate of character (clear background check).
