ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1 Duties

IT Technical Support

  • Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.
  • Install and configure new IT equipment.
  • Assist all users with any logged IT related incident when called upon.
  • Resolve incidents/problems with printers, copiers and scanners.
  • Provide line support for all staff.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents including operating systems and across a range of software applications.

Requirements Gathering

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and challenges related to CRM, HRMS or ERP. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed requirements and document them effectively.

Solution Design

  • Based on the gathered requirements, design the CRM, HRMS or ERP system to optimize business processes and align with best practices. Create functional design documents that outline the system's configuration and customization.

Testing and Quality Assurance

  • Conduct thorough testing of the CRM, HRMS or ERP system to identify and resolve any issues before deployment. Ensure that the system meets the defined business requirements and follows industry best practices.

Integration

  • Collaborate with the technical team to integrate the CRM, HRMS or ERP system with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow and enhanced functionality.

Data Migration

  • Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to the CRM, ERP or HRMS platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

CRM, HRMS or ERP Configuration

  • Customize the CRM, HRMS or ERP system to meet the specific needs of the client. This may involve setting up data structures, defining custom objects/fields, configuring workflows, and managing security settings.

Business Process Mapping

  • Analyze existing business processes and map them to the CRM, HRMS or ERP system's
    capabilities. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Data Migration

  • Plan and execute data migration strategies to transfer data from legacy systems to the CRM, HRMS or ERP platform while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Post-implementation Support

  • Provide ongoing support to clients after the CRM, HRMS or ERP system's deployment. Address any post-implementation issues, make necessary adjustments, and continuously optimize the system to meet changing business needs.

Stay Updated

  • Stay abreast of the latest CRM, HRMS or ERP trends, updates, and best practices. Participate in training and certifications to enhance skills and knowledge in the CRM, HRMS or ERP domain.

Hardware

  • Assist in carrying out installation and assembles equipment and accessories to the state of the art.
  • Test hardware components individually and in tandem with external computer systems.
  • Design support peripherals, including central Processing units (CPUs), support logic, micro-
  • Processors, custom integrated circuits, printers, disk drives, laptops etc.
  • Use appropriate tools during intervention to ensure accuracy.

Asset Management

  • Tag and record all IT Assets before being issued.
  • Undertake periodic checks of assets to ensure the system is being maintained effectively.
  • Maintain a small number of unmanaged printers and other devices which from time to time need consumable items replacing.

Data Analysis

  • Provide first and second level trouble shooting support for the organizations internal applications.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data systems reorganizing data in a readable format.
  • Remove corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems.

  • Systems Maintenance and Development
  • Deploy and troubleshoot in-house software products' features and fixes to live environments whilst understanding the potential impacts on various systems.
  • Integration and deployment of various enterprise grade LAN/WAN solution networks.
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot hardware and software in coordination with other teams.
  • Perform operating system upgrades, apply system patches, and firmware updates.
  • Work on a reliable and stable 24/7 network for all our offices through cable and WIFI.
  • Maintain and contribute to the development of IT Network.
  • Maintain all IT system work flows.
  • Actively participate in developing, planning and implementing IT systems.
  • Proactively keep up to date with new & emerging technologies.
  • Produce and maintain appropriate technical and operational documentation.
  • Provide technical support recovery acitvies following failure including disaster recovery.

User Training

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use the CRM, HRMS and ERP systems.
  • Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to address user inquiries and challenges.

Cyber Security

  • Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards.
  • Set up patch management systems to update applications automatically.
  • Help colleagues install security software and understand information security management.
  • Perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.
